Baby Carriers for big men!

Hi All,
My wife is due to have our first child in December and I would like to get a baby carrier. I have already decided we would like one that the baby can sit facing in first, then outwards when they are older.
I have looked at various makes, and I am going to take a trip to mothercare/babies r us etc to try them on.
I was just wondering if anyone can recommend any carrier that would fit the larger man! I am 6ft 5" and have a large build, so I concerned that I won't find one that will fit me (and the wife of course!). Any pointers before going trying on every carrier would be really helpful!
Any help much appreciated as always.

Can highly recommend the Wilkinet carrier. Can use from birth up, facing in and out and would fit you both easily. Takes a few practice runs with teddy

I loved mine, so comfortable, even wore 2 together when I had twins!
Just spotted your name, the wilkinet was meant for you!0 -
I would recommend a mei tai, they are fantastic & you can get them with extra long straps. They are super comfy to wear & baby loves it.

just for information, I tried a few carriers on over the weekend and ended up going for a Mothercare 4 in 1 carrier. Had loads of room for movement. Wasnt impressed with the BabyBjorn as the position of the carrier was really high up on me and could be moved further down (ie if was nearly blocking my view!).
Also tried on the sling, but it just didnt feel right.
Also in true money saving fashion it was reduced from 50 odd quid to 34.99!0
