What's the difference

Between a DAS and a DMP other than interest is frozen.
Seems a better idea than a DMP so what's the downside??

Debt Arrangement Schemes are only available in Scotland while DMPs are available all over the UK. However, if you live in Scotland, it is an avenue really worth exploring, as it prevents legal action and creditors have to freeze interest. More info can be found by searching for the moneyscotland government website.

    Hope that helps.
