Jam Making Problem - Sort of!

I made blackberry and apple jam last night, left it to cool, and then promptly forgot about it.
Is there anything I can do to rescue this situation - it has set in my jam pan - reboil? just pot it as normal? - or am I resigned to eating rather a lot of jam over the next week or so?
TIA

I would imagine reboiling and bottling as you would have done is fine?

I agree with sassyblue, reboil it, but not for too long, just enough to enable you to pot it. Resterilise your jars too;)0

Hi, hope TKM doesnt mind me hijacking their thread, but I was wondering a similar thing. I have some chutney I made a few months ago that I would like to put in nicer, smaller jars so I can give it away as presents.
So can I just reboil it & put it into the new (steralised) jars? You cant take a step forward with both feet on the ground0 -
yes, might want to give it ten minutes boil just to kill off any baddies0
