Thanks brokeinwales. I do like to add cream to sauces, but i'll look into adding the ground almonds and lentils, that would be nice as a i cook quite a lot of stews.

Your right - i have many bad experiences from PE at school, i've not been blessed with hand/eye co-ordination, and everything seem to involve a ball. I'll stick some music on and make up my own work out, will hopefully be more enjoyable. I'm far too unfit for my age - so it's about time i got my finger out. :j

If it makes you feel better, I'm one of life's natural skinny, lanky and awkward types. I was freakin' dreadful at PE at school and was always picked last for teams - but since taking up exercise again in my mid-twenties I've discovered I'm actually not as useless as I thought and there are lots of things (martial arts, dance, swimming) that I enjoy - and I manage to do the things I don't enjoy so much (running, weights...) by telling myself it'll help keep me fit for the other stuff.

My natural co-ordination is also way below average, but I have improved loads with practice.

It really is worth taking a little trouble to look after yourself by taking a little effort to eat properly and to exercise - as well as looking better, you'll probably feel more confident and have more energy for your everyday activities too.
