Halifax Bank....What does it mean?

I recieved a card in the post today from the Halifax Bank it said...
IMPORTANT NOTICE
Our Representative will be calling your home on 17th May 2006.
If this is not convenient please telephone 0870 8501291.
Has anyone else had one of these cards?

Do you have any accounts with them? If so, are any of them in arrears without their belated consent?Mortgage at outset (May 2004): £80,000
Mortgage now (October 2007): £58,000
Original mortgage-free date: May 2024
Expected mortgage-free date: December 2014
Projected interest saving: £21,1000 -
If you don't bank with them or have any debts with them I would say it is very suspicious. Halifax usually only use 0845 lo call numbers.Debtfree JUNE 2008 - Thank you MSE:T0

Yes, they are one of my creditors but I am with Payplan and I am assured that the DMP is in place. Do you think they are doing this to put the pressure on me? Should I ring them and re-advise them that I am with Payplan?
