  • Hi Tiger

We're getting married on 23rd October 2010! Can't wait!! I thought I had put the date where you've got yours but I must not have done it right!!

I've been getting the weekly email for about a year now but haven't really been on the forum til I started looking at wedding stuff!! We've got quite a bit booked / arranged with family (yes, I'm a bit of a control freak :D) so there's not really much more to do til next year now, apart from lose weight!!!

    xx

2010 is the year of bargain shopping! Time to money save, exercise and plan! I like to keep busy :)
  • Hi everyone, the pashminas came this morning and they are fab. Quite silky, lovely colour, although the maroon is quite a lot more like burgundy which is great as it is what I wanted! They would be great as a present! They are wide enough that you could double them over as a scarf, yet also use them as a wrap. Couldn't reccommend them enough and the delivery was very quick aswell

tiger how thick are they, would they be too thick for my BM to use in my summer wedding to cover her back and shoulders? she's a bit paranoid about scars cos she used to have acne when she was younger! she would prob take it off after the ceremony and the pics.

  • They are quite thick, and very wide. By thick do you mean how far would they go round her back? When stretched out they go from the middle of my back to my neck and round my arms. I am using mine for my bridesmaids to use as a wrap nstead of a satin one or a fur cape! If you want I can try and post a pic? Tiger xxx

  • Hi emlou, I see what you mean, no they wouldn't be too hot I don't think. They are a very smooth, silkyish fabric. Very soft aswell! Better than a satin wrap definitely! Very pleased with them lol!! Will try and post a pic later, Tiger xxx
