If you are still within your 6 months probation, you have very few rights.

You need at least 12 months service to qualify for protection from unfair dismissal under general employment legislation. There are some exceptions to this rule, but from what you have said so far, they don't apply to you.

You appear to be working for a really dodgy company. What concerns me is that, if your allegations are accurate, then the supervisor/manager is skimming/stealing in an organisation that is actually security!!

If you are left to do a job, this is NOT training and you should have been paid. If you have been paid out of the £500 you gave, this is not payment and should be totally separate.

You appear to have been there only a short time. You have a number of options - but it depends on how much you want your current job, the size of the organisation, proof etc.

Unfortunately you do not appear to have a contract so unlikely that you have any grievance procedures in place? It would probably be better to indicate exactly what formal documentation you have.
