Hi can anyone give me any info on a company called Swap Finance Ltd. They claim to examine your finance agreements to see if they can get you out of paying the fee is £300, but claim it's refundable if they can't. Is this a reputable company?

What do YOU think the chance of getting anything refunded would be ?????
and in which year ????
Who would enforce that?
On their web-site their contact-us address is a PO Box so can you go and visit them? or would you have to use a premium rate number to phone them?
I can't see an alternative (Cheaper number) on http://www.saynoto0870.com
Is this them (follow the link)

They also keep data for the purpose of,
The tracing of consumer and commercial debtors and the collection on behalf of creditors. The purchasing of trade debts, including rentals and instalment credit payments, from business. (Purpose 4)
I must add that I know nothing about THEM, but read the stories about people who have paid money up front for similar services and make your own mind up and read
the MSE link below for some further advice.

WELL you did ask!0 -
Well done Bob - like your style
Could this be perhaps yet another new limited company set up to try and take advantage of vulnerable people?
Probably an estate agent/mortgage broker trying to get some extra income?
Trading from a rented out property perhaps- detached house on an estate by the look of things?
Advertising for mugs to earn peanuts per sale if they can get someone hooked?
Steve, I hope you are not one of the mugs?0 -
