Terms & Conditions

1. The Prize: 2 x first class flights on Etihad Airways flying from London Heathrow to Sydney, departing 27th Dec 09 from London. Return flights depart Sydney 5th Jan 10. Accommodation consists of 7 nights room only in a 1 bedroom apartment at 4* superior Mantra 2 Bond Street, Sydney and includes a complimentary bottle of Australian wine. Check in at the hotel is 28th Dec 09, check out 5th Jan 10. Also included in the prize is a luxury harbour cruise for 2 people to be taken on 3rd Jan 10 only, 2 x Sydney Harbour Bridge Climb tours, and 2 x Bonza Bike tours around Sydney.
2. Should the prize winner wish to extend the trip, a charge of £50 pp will be issued by Etihad Airways for the date change. Please note, the prize is only valid for departures on 27th Dec 2009. Additional accommodation costs (outside of the 7 nights provided)to be borne by the prize winner.
3. To participate in the Sydney Harbour Bridge Climb, climbers must; meet BridgeClimb’s standard health and safety conditions, available on their website; be over 10 years of age and physically fit and all 10 to 15 year-old Climbers must be accompanied by a paying adult Climber; All Climbers will be breath tested and must register a blood alcohol content reading of less than 0.05%. Recipients of a prize letter can experience The Bridge Climb or The Discovery Climb on a Day or Night Climb only (i.e not a Dawn Climb or Twilight Climb), between Monday and Sunday, outside exclusion periods. The exclusion dates are all national public holidays.
4. Prize (and possible extended holiday) must be booked through a Flight Centre agent.
5. This promotion is only open to residents of the United Kingdom and the Republic of Ireland aged 18 years or over ("Participants"). Employees of Flight Centre (the promoter), their agents and contractors or any member of any such person's family are not permitted to enter. Flight Centre reserves the right to verify the eligibility of Participants.
6. The Promotional Period is 01 Sept 09 – 13 Oct 09. Prize draw entry will close at midnight on 13 Oct 09 and the winner will be drawn on 12 October 2009. The winner will be required to confirm their acceptance of the prize by email before 19th October. If the prize is unclaimed or declined, a supplementary winner may be drawn at the Promoters discretion and the winner will be notified by email.
7. Winners are responsible for any tax liability accrued as a result of this prize.
8. Tickets must be used by yourself and a companion travelling together in both directions.
9. Bookings must be made by 30th October 2009
10. Tickets must be booked through the promoter (Flight Centre). The prize does not include spending money.
11. Passport, visa & health requirements and travel insurance are the responsibility of the prizewinners(s).
12. Prizes are not transferable and are non negotiable. Cash or credit alternatives will not be offered. The promoter reserves the right to provide substitute prizes of similar value should the specified prize become unavailable for reasons beyond its control.
13. Once tickets have been issued they are valid for flights/dates shown only.
14. This promotion will be governed by English law and is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts. Promotional materials form part of these terms and conditions.
15. The Promoter is not responsible for loss or damage arising from an inability to enter due to computer failure, viruses, bugs and other such causes.
16. In the unlikely event that the passengers are downgraded or offloaded due to high load factors, they will be responsible for any costs incurred and Flight Centre will not be held responsible.
17. Flight Centre reserves the right to cancel or amend the terms of its promotion, or any tickets issued free, without notice, in the event of a major catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, earthquake or any actual, anticipated or alleged breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other similar events.

Can I ask if you have managed to enter this by agreeing to terms and conditions as I can see and get the correct page up but there is nowhere to actually tick to agree to and it just goes round in circles. Sorry if I am being dim but would like to get to the bottom of this
