Organic Festival Shopping List

Hi,
Please can I get some help making a list of things to get at an organic festival happening near my home but as the next one's not until October I'd like to stock up as cost effectively as poss. What I basically want to do is make a list of what to get and what I can make from it to freeze for another day so that when I get there I don't go mad. I've only ever been to an organic market in Dublin and it was gr8 but I don't want to get carried away as I am really trying to sort everything out now (Debt Free Date July 2007!!)

Definitely get carrots, there's no comparision. If there's butter there don't bother as the inflated prices don't warrant it.
Meat as well if the prices aren't too bad, most of the stuff is fresh so you could actually prepare it and freeze it without cooking it into a meal first.Organised people are just too lazy to look for things
