Hi DFW
I was hoping that some one could give me some advice.
Things are finally moving with the CCCS it looks as though they have written to my creditors and i have heard back from 2
RBS have sent me a letter with a default saying they will accept. Shocked but really pleased at the same time - thanks RBS LOL !!
Barclays however, have written to say that whilst they have carefully considered my offer it would not allow the debt to be repaid in a reasonable amoutn of time therefore they are issuing a default (expected) closing my account and referring it to collections as it will no longer be managed by them.
However, if my circs have changed and i can improve the offer to contact them. I can't do this...what is my next step. Should i write to them again and include a SOA asking them to reconsider? If so is there a template letter i could use.
I am however staying up beat about it
Thanks in advance
Sarah

you may get more joy from collections that Barclays tthemselves, it could be a blessing in disguise.
I think you should take a copy and fw the letters to cccs.£34,547 (Dec 07); Current debt: £zilch (Debt free December 2010)
Sealed Pot #389 (2010=£133)0 -
I hope so.
I have had the termination notice through the post today. However the balance they have listed on the notice is not correct because unfortunately some more money was paid into the account in error at the end of last week.
What do i need to do about this, should i write to them and point this out to them as surely its important that the right balance is on this document?
It says that on the 21.09.09 the full amount will become due
What do you think. I am sorry for all the questions.
(its an overdraft btw)
Thanks in advance
