GRRRRR - how irresponsible is this???

A few days ago a catalogue came but didn't really look at it until tonight - ok I admit it, I had a cleaning fit! - and couldn't work out why I'd been sent it as I've closed all my catalogue accounts and certainly haven't applied for one.
Anyone it turns out that becuase I have/had a LX account and I was quote - a good customer - they have sent me a Great Universal catalogue now that they are owned by the same people!
I have complained and mentioned that I thought that this was irresponisble of them but I doubt that will stop them doing it again.

They're a business, and a money grabbing, moral-free, ethic-free one at that. Don't ever fall into the trap of expecting them to ever put decent behaviour in the way of profit. I lump them firmly in with the same idiots who decided it was a good idea to open a fruit machine centre in our local shopping arcade (I live in a very run down, high unemployement area), and to the cretins who advertise exhorbitant loans rates on TV with friendly celebrity faces to soften the reality of it. No names mentioned of course.

I called up to buy the ever unending saga of the garden furnitre. With the 20 quid discount & the free delivery & the fact it was on sale anyway, made a wood 4 chair & table & parasol set £60.Not bad. So I called to order it with the money in my account ready to swtich, they said they couldnt take the payment until they send me an invoice and by the way Ive got a grand credit limit. Irresponsible aint the word. Well aint funny how its the little things in life that mean the most? Not where you live, the car you drive or the price tag on your clothes.
Theres no dollar sign on piece of mind
This Ive come to know...
So if you agree have a drink with me, raise your glasses for a toast :beer:0 -

VULCHERS - small, often paper, tokens purporting to offer a discount or similar benefit to a purchasor of a specific product, or range of products, or purchase through a specific supplier. Tend to collect together in Wakes and prey on people in debt.A house isn't a home without a cat.
Those are my principles. If you don't like them, I have others.
I have writer's block - I can't begin to tell you about it.
You told me again you preferred handsome men but for me you would make an exception.
