One Account - any good?

I am self-employed (as is DH) and we have our mortgage due for renewal in July. I have been looking at the oneaccount.com mortgage shrinker - and it really looks too good to be true!
Does anyone have any experience with it - and do you think being self employed will make us not eligible?
Thanks in advance for any help or feedback :T

I would also be interested in peoples views on this as we have looked at it and the mortgage shrinker when you work out your payments they seem very expensive but if you go on how much does it cost it is a much better figure so very confusing0

This is what I thought last week. It can be clearly be seen on page 7. It gets asked about twice a week. I would think that this kind of account would lead to a lot of problems due to temptation in many borrowers and especially those with businesses in 'temporary' difficulties.
