Hi there,

Anyone else using this?

I'm on day 3 of the 30 day challenge and finding it geat!

What areyou finding good or bad about it - any tips on getting the best of it or how do you change things round on the workout???

    I've got it. I think it's far better (and more interesting) than the Wii Fit (although I do like the yoga and the balance games for fun on that).
    Am ashamed to say I've not used it as much as I should have since we had it but 2 young kids and broken sleep are not condusive to getting any exercise so have been a bit remiss in that area.
    Personally I liked the variety of the 30 day challenge. each day there was something different (although I do find it hard on my knees). You can pick a custom workout based on length of time but I've only done it once.
    Can't say there isn't anything I don't like about it. Just need to use it more :D

    I love it and find my fitness has really improved. I do find it a bit hard on the knees and I had to go out and buy a more supportive sports bra! The only thing that annoys me is that when I do shoulder presses it sometimes takes ages to recognise my movements.

    Yes my first couple of sessions consisted of me shouting rather loudly at the TV :o:rotfl:

  • Im really loving this!! My knees have also been hurting though, especially when I do the side lunges....but I think its great exercise!!
