Hi
standing order0 -
I would say 1st Credit Limited should be the ones you need to speak to for a refund (if you are paying direct to them).
If its by direct debit then they will have requested this money in error (so their fault), if its by standing order it would have been your responsibility to cancel the instruction with your bank as they just receive the money (they don't request it).
Either way they received the money so should be able to refund this to you.
Make sure you cancel any standing order/direct debit with your bank so no further payments can be taken.
hope this helps0
