Try Woolworths (instore) . on Tuesday I bought my son a small fridge (only holds 6 cans though) in a special 'England' presentation box with a full size flag and a cap for £14.99. There was a slightly larger fridge that was a bit dearer and I think that took 6 bottles as opposed to 6 cans.

i got one of these http://www.argos.co.uk/static/Product/partNumber/2717102.htm for my room in halls at uni..to stop stuff eating itself

no more noisey than the average fan on your PC (and you only notice it when it stops making the noise) and holds a surprising amount. i stopped using the main kitchen fridge and stored all my perishable food stuffs in there by the end of the term.

nice little piece of kit. also has a car cigarette lighter power adapter, and a warming facility :D
