Sanctum Soho Hotel Competition

1. By entering a Competition, entrants agree to be bound by these Rules.



2. White Stuff and Sanctum Soho Hotel reserves the right to cancel or amend the Competition or these Rules at any time without prior notice.


3. Employees of White Stuff or any company involved in the Competition or members of their families or households are not eligible to enter the Competition.


4. Only one entry per person per Competition is allowed.


5. There is no purchase requirement to enter the Competition


6. Closing date for entries is 1st October 2009.


7. Prizes are non-transferable and there is no cash alternative. White Stuff reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value at any time.


8. Only one entry per household. The winner and guests must be over 18 at the time of prize redemption.


9. The stay is subject to availability and can be taken on a Sunday and Monday night only unless a more suitable day is agreed between prize winner and the Reservation Manager.

11. The stay is non transferable and non refundable and cannot be exchanged for equivalent value in any related outlets.

13. The cancelation policy is 48 hours prior to arrival, up to which point the stay can be cancelled or amended by either parties.


14. All spending money and other expenses (including personal expenses, travel, insurance etc.) as the case may be, unless specifically stated, are the sole responsibility of the prize winner.


15. The prizes are non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and are not redeemable for cash or other prizes. White Stuff and Sanctum Soho Hotel retain the right to substitute the prizes with others of similar value in the event the original prize offered is not available due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.


16. White Stuff and Sanctum Soho Hotel cannot accept any responsibility for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any entrant entering the competition or as a result of accepting any prize.


17. The laws of England and Wales govern this agreement. The competition is promoted by White Stuff and Sanctum Soho Hotel.


18. In the event that the break is cancelled by the winner it will be at the hotels discretion as to whether it may be rebooked.

19. Prizes must be taken as stated and cannot be deferred.


20. There is no cash alternative.


21. Winners will be notified within 28 days of the prize draw taking place. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not collect the prize within 5 days of this 28 day period then a new winner will be selected.
