New Info re Lloyds/Hbos

:oI have debts with Hbos and am on a DMP with CCCS. My current account is with Lloyds TSB and has been running fine.
Since the LloydsTSB/Hbos merger I know it has always been on the cards that the two organisations would work under one FSA license and that I would need to consider moving my current account.
The other week I came back from holiday to find a new leaflet detailing changes to Current Accounts and in there it states that indeed Lloyds TSB group includes HBos and that from the end of October they reserve the right to use any accounts within their group to offset debts held with them also.
Does anyone have any ideas who would be a neutral bank for me to apply for an account? These are a list of my creditors:
Barclaycard
Droyds Debt Collectors
Blair Oliver Scott
Hbos
Co-op
Liverpool Victoria
MBNA
Next
RBS Natwest
Many thanks for your help
