Tesco Finance CCA
NowWhat?
My partner has just received her requested CCA information from Tesco Finance.
The documentation seems to be all order but I have a question regarding signatures.
Her account was applied for online and as far as she is aware she has never signed anything.
On the document is a box with a pen tick and a comment (unsure of exact wording as document not with me) declaring that the ticked box is a declaration signature for the person requesting the agreement?
Can you please comment on your thoughts on this and what the situation is regarding online applications?
