An Introduction and Thanks

As someone who has been reading the forums for quite a while now can I please thank you all for advice that you have unknowingly given to my partner and I in helping us address our debt problems.
Although it’s been a long time coming our LBM has finally become fully bright and we are addressing our issues one day at a time.
We have significant debts of £31,000 and are embarking on our own DMP which is although is still in its infancy was possibly the best thing we have ever decided to do.
At this early stage we are in the process of getting all our information together and fervently reading like for like experiences.
I am sure that some of you will be able to contribute to our success as you have done with so many others.
I just hope you are prepared for loads of questions.

1. One of our lenders is not being very considerate with our plight
and we are fairly sure that we have an unenforceable CCA.
Do we go back and make another offer or pursue the SAR route?
