credit expert - credit score

last night approx 2100 i was checking mail and had an alert from credit expert - so i checked it and for some reason my mortgage has been added to my CR. It is just that we have had the mortgage (and paying on time) for nearly 2 years - so why only now?
then i thought i would check my credit score - used 2 different cards and both times i had the same message ; - sorry we cannot process your order please contact one of our call centre...
now i got worried but checked both cards which were in credit and nothng going on with them - why couldnt i get my credit score and will this mortgage have any effect on my score?

Have you rang Credit Expert directly ? 0800 656 9000 they open at 9am and I am sure they can clarify a few things
