skinless sausages

Hi guys. Due to a substitution in my Mr T. delivery which OH didn't notice, I've been left with a pack of 12 skinless sausages, which I'm not especially keen on. I tried making meatballs with 3 of them with limited success, but the rest of the pack is taking up valuable freezer space. Any ideas for tasty things I can do with these or should I just cook them for OHs dinner every night for a week? :rotfl:

Sausage Rolls? Scotch Eggs. Have you ever tried stovies? THere' lots of variations, but basically, grill the sausages, then casserole/stew them with fried onion, carrot potatoes in stock and make into a thick gravy with gray granules or thickener. Sort of Irish Stew with sausages. We're veggie so it wouldn't be quite the same, but I make this quite often. Sausage and sun dried tomato pasta. Absolutely lovely, and you don't have to skin the sausages first :-)
Recipe here from the Good Food magazine folks.
