An idea perhaps: when my sister got married she put a little slip of paper into the invitations where all the guests could choose a song to be played as part of the evening disco. Just a thought mind.

My sis did this and it worked v well - remember you do have vito power though - one of her friends requested band of gold!!! (google the lyrics if you don't get it)

Also many people won't reply so its good to have a back up list.

Lastly i am v fussy about my music and will be having a banned list. - All filled with songs/ artists OH and I really hate of what i would consider to me wedding faux pars (sp?)

I love band of gold and hope it will be played at my wedding, regardless of the lyrics!!

There is one banned song on my list and that's bloody love shack!

I've walked out of disco's before when that comes on, i can't stand it!

The lyrics don't mean that much to me as long as it not the music for the entrance, first dance, etc. Apart from that as long as it's gets everyone boogying I don't care
