Not sure if this will help anyone but I have been looking at having the 3 balloons on the tables at my engagement party and was going to have a go at doing them myself. I called in Birthdays party shop today and they do the 3 balloons including the foil weights and with hi-float included for £3.99 per set. If you would like 1 of the balloons to be a patterned one then it is £4.50. I decided that it probably isn't woth doing them myself now. The only problem is that they don't deliver. HTH
