-70% - I want to be closest to the bottom.

C'mon Tommy, what are you really saying? I don't buy that even you think property will fall 6% a month for the next year.

I meant to ask - does the winner get a prize???

You know something like - being abuse free for an hour. Or ridicule free for 20 minutes, no mockery for 10 mnutes, no contempt for 15 minutes - we could even have an MSE hall of fame though infamy would probably be more relevant for here

Better stop now - I'm beginning to feel like I'm on a roll

    .

Great idea, but what if Hamish wins?

It is nice to see the value of your house going up'' Why ?
Unless you are planning to sell up and not live anywhere, I can;t see the advantage.
If you are planning to upsize the new house will cost more.
If you are planning to downsize your new house will cost more than it should
If you are trying to buy your first house its almost impossible.

Ok :o . I'll go for -6% on the basis I don't think the crash will resume until the newly elected government have no other option than to get real.

Well, I must admit you've got me there!

Maybe I'm not quite on the roll I thought I was.

Then I'll be right, and still catch loads of abuse for it.

    Much like now then....

As you're just spewing out random words geoff I'm going to put you down as -15% and hope for the best.
