I am considering apply for the right to buy on my council flat. However all the adverts I have seen on the TV seem to be a rip off. I really need to know find out some good company by recommendation.
Also I need to know if a deposit is required and also if there is a time clause on when you can end the mortgage as we are not sure how long we want to be there.
Can anyone help??

So you want to know "if you have the right?"
Sorry, couldnt help that. Please read the post by Gaz. RTB's are best sourced through Whole Of Market brokers who do not charge.
You need to stay in your property for 3 years if you want to benefit from the discount. Usually the discount acts as your deposit.I am a Mortgage AdviserYou should note that this site doesn't check my status as a Mortgage Adviser, so you need to take my word for it.
