    Hi Guys

All I wanted to do was inform people that there is this choice out there for people who like it to make, not to start this debate.

Good for you, but I have found the debate very informing..............

Aw come on - it's a forum, where we often debate things, especially if it's to do with moneysaving. If your feelings are hurt in any way then I'm sorry, but I trust that your ego can cope with being disagreed with.

feel free to disagree with me!

No, politeness and common courtesy would suffice (copied from right hand side column: Forum Etiquette Pls be nice to all MoneySavers. There's no such thing as a stupid question, and even if you disagree courtesy helps.)

Well, I apologise to anyone psychologically scarred by my responses, but I defy you to find anything in what I said that was either impolite or uncommonly courteous. Are we all supposed to express agreement with everything anyone says even if we think it's wrong?

Anyway... perfectly good water free from the tap.
  • but I can't cut the top off my tap and recycle it as a mini propogater in my garden!!

I don't think anyone has said it was psychologically scarring- think thats just you...is there something your not mentioning...:rotfl:

Know theres lots of good water in the tap, I get through 2 liters of it every day. After that, the chemicals are all my own choice:D

Are you sure you couldn't have been politer and more commonly courteous in framing that comment? My feelings were distinctly bruised.
