Ok guys i'm finding ur info really helpfull let me update some info.

Iam currently living at my parents after seperation my parents run a buisness and don't want there address to be comprimised.

If i was to rent i would have to tell a landlord about my intentions because then again he will not want bankrupcy or iva on his/her doorstep.

I'm at catch 22 every time i wanna sort this mess out obstical's get put in the way.
currently no-one finacially know's where iam living although i have been intouch
Well if your parents don't want a BR recorded at their address looks like you need to move out and file bankruptcy. Even though bankruptcies are personal, you can google an address and no doubt your entry in the London Gazette will come up.

There is no obstacle you cannot find a solution for! Keep positive!

Not sure which bit you are referring to but if I type my address into Google it shows my London Gazette entry.

London Gazette is a newspaper that records public records like bankruptcies. Once you are bankrupt it is recorded there for eternity. Now we are in the computer age, it is also online. You can search for bankrupts.

If your parents run a business they may have a customer that googles their address, your name may come up. Now, I also run a business but I really had no choice but to go BR so if anyone google's my address they will find that two of my neighbours run psychology practices from home, one is an author and me who is bankrupt.

Google your parents address and see what comes up.

No, your bankruptcy will have no affect whatsoever on their credit file unless you have any joint financial dealings like a joint bank account, joint mortgage etc.

If it was my child I would like to think that I would be supportive.
