from the pic at the url you have quoted it looks very much like a cheapy chinese mp3 player I got off ebay for about £12 nearly 2 years ago. Mine was a 4GB built in memory (no additional storage possible) with a 1.8 inch colour screen. After about 6 months the screen broke so now it is only any use as a memory stick.

It was pretty poor as an mp3 player, voice recorder, video file player or anything else though due to the very bad user interface and lack of buttons.

Yes, I used the £5 off £25 electricals on 2 x DS games and a wire to connect my pc to tv.

Had hoped to use it off a mobile phone but as said by lemontart, not allowed.
