If you go on to the website https://www.nationalexpress.co.uk (i think), then click on "ways to save" at the top and then on funfare ticket. You can travel practically anywhere for £1 each way, sometimes it is slightly more, depending on when you book.

Every Wednesday my mum comes from London to Cardiff to look after my little one, for £1.00 and returns on Saturday again for £1.00. I book a couple of tickets at a time and often end up with a months worth each time.

When you do book, find out price for single each way then a return. sometimes it works out cheaper if you book two single journeys.
