I wish they had not merged my new thread with this old one. The old thread says you have to be a British Gas customer, whereas the offer this time is open to anyone.

has anyone else had problems with this?

i booked online at the begining of the week, still no email received (dont have spam set up on the email i gave - friends and family only have it), i have just spent 31minutes on hold to the customer support line to be answered by a very rude lady who told me my email address MUST be a work 1 as they cant send to that (i'm a stay at home mum of 3! so dont have a work email), when i told her this she said it must be, took it from me to re-send and said her system didnt like it and needed anotehr 1, so i gave her hubbys.

however, she did say if we dont have it in 24hrs to ring on monday - that doesnt help when i wanted for this weekend as some friends are going with their kids!

seems more hassle than its actually worth!

British Gas are offering free swim sessions / taster lessons at participating pools. Offer is available until 30 August for up to 1 adult and 2 children.
