How to butcher a duck (or any bird)?

Tesco currently have half price on whole ducks so I bought one. I'm on my own so it will provide plenty of meals. I just want to know how to remove the legs and breasts and anything else I can do? I'm going to make a stock out of the carcass after and I'm not sure if it has giblets; if it does, they'll go in the stock. Any help would be very gratefully received.

There was a segment in this weeks Economy Gastronomy showing you how to portion up a chicken, which you could watch on i-player.
I would assume that the same rules apply to ducks!
