Elderly lady told me to give 1 tablespoon of local honey mixed in glass of water or apple juice with 1 teaspoon of Apple cider vinegar daily to my teenager to help with severe hay fever and medium eczema. To take for three weeks before it will work fully. Well, that was in March when hay fever started and up to now only 1 antihistamine taken in all that time. Went camping 2 weeks ago and absolutely fine. You can't miss taking it though. Missed four days in row and that was when antihistamine was needed. This has ended 11 years of spring to autumn misery. Don't know how it works but the honey has to be local so I go to health food store-it's dearer than supermarket stuff, I pay £4.25 a jar. Well worth it and hope it helps others. It helped the eczema but not got rid of it though.0
