Hello all
I'm on the look out for a shop which would buy a posh frock my friend has. It's only been worn twice but cost £650 new:eek::eek::eek: She admits she was crazy to have purchased it in the first place. It's a dress you'd wear to a wedding or similar. She knows she is not going to wear it again and would like to sell it on. There is ebay, but we think she'd be hard pushed to get across exactly how nice it is on, and the quality of the fabric etc, even with pictures.
So, does anyone know of any shops which would take the dress off her hands in order to sell it on again? Counties Down and Armagh are the handiest for us, and Belfast of course.
Thanks.

There's Deja Vu on the Lisburn Rd in Belfast and Rich Rags at the Bloomfield roundabout (top of Bloomfield Road). I think there is a place in Moira too but the name of it escapes me at the moment.0

Deja Vu is a great place..but I think they take around 50% of the price obtained. I could be wrong though, perhaps someone could confirm this? Your friend could take lots of pictures of the dress and try ebay...setting a reserve of course!!!"I believe that everything happens for a reason. People change so that you can learn to let go, things go wrong so that you appreciate them when they're right, you believe lies so you eventually learn to trust no one but yourself, and sometimes good things fall apart so better things can fall together." I think the one in Moira is called Second Chance or Another Chance - they take 50% of the sale price as well0

Put it on Belfast Gumtree (covers all of N.Ireland), there's loads of wedding/prom dresses on there for sale......
What if the Hokey Pokey really is what it's all about !!!0
