Spoke to the court this morning asking if it was possible to delay the interim CO hearing and explained about the bankruptcy. They've asked me to put it in writing so the judge can consider it so hopefully I'll get a bit of breathing space ...0

At least you knew about the order, we just received the interim paperwork to say it had been put on!
Be carefull if you cant attent the hearing, we wrote to the Judge to say we had gone BR, even sent them our BR paperwork and they still put them on the house after this date! We had a right carry on trying to get them removed!0
