Question Re: CCCS Online DMP

Can somebody tell me the procedure if you apply for a DMP with CCCS? Can you do it all online without speaking to an advisor?

Thank you

    Hi there

We rang them and they they get back to you with a date to suit you, in that time you can try to get all your details together, your expenditure etc.
They are as good as gold.

Not sure about online though unless someone else can confirm this.;)

    Good luck.

I did all of mine completely online and via post.
They were excellent and I have just paid month 3 of a 63-month plan.

    Can't recommend CCCS highly enough

Forgot to mention that once sorted on the phone they did send everything we required, like the template letters etc, by attachment/email, very quick indeed.;)

I normally leave my hubby to the phone calls, I don't mind dealing with anything in writing/email etc, this way I don't forget what I have to say lol, good luck.;)
