The Artsfest festival was created in 1998 to celebrate the huge amount of creativity that we have here in the region..and since then Artsfest has grown in size and reputation and is now firmly established in the City's events calender during the second weekend in September.
People from all walks of life are brought together to experience our city as a vibrant cultural centre that is home to some fantastic musical talent..and the best thing??? The festival is TOTALLY FREE!!
