    Today my overtime payment cheque arrived in the post :T

    So going to pay that into the bank.

    It's easy to give in to that negative voice that chants "cant do it" BUT we lift each other up.
    We dont count all the runners ahead of us & feel intimidated.
    Instead we look back proudly at our journey, our personal struggle & determination & remember that there are those that never even attempt to reach the starting line.

    Can you go for a jog or a long walk to work out some of the pent up stress Gemmz?

    Otherwise put on some loud music and dance around the living room until the neighbours think you're crazy!

    Do something to get it out Gemmz or it'll ruin your whole weekend and you won't be ready and refreshed for Monday.

    I did plan to go out tonight and just dance like crazy but that plan is going south. I may go mad on the Wii tomorrow morning - good idea :)
