Advice on the final few months...what would you do?

Thought I would pop back as work is going slooow today!
Think I shall do a car boot in a couple of weeks. Am gathering things to sell into a little pile already.
What's the best way of getting rid of (and hopefully making money from) clothes that I don't wear. My wardrobe is full to bursting and I have about 6 storage crates of other clothes too! It's not that I spend a lot, I have just looked after items and held onto things that I love for many years!!
Would bigwardrobe be a good bet? Ebay? Or is there a better way?
Also I've noticed MSE keeps posting my replies with a time stamp that is two hours earlier that I actually posted it. For example, today I was writing around 12:15 but it said 10:15 when I posted.
Hmm, anyone else been having this?0 -
oh, now the times are correct
....oh no - they are back to being wrong. 0 -

Thanks!:o Thats very kind!
I always feel very positive when I come on here! Even after yet another loooong day!!!
Oh well, at least today was pay day and tomorrow is Friday! I am currently pondering on how best to allocate my available wages towards my debt.
Obv sense says 'highest interest goes first' however I like clearing whole debts (when possible) or nice round amounts.
Plus Im a terror for paying too much off at the start of the month and then im scraping 20p's together for petrol doh. Least the spirit is there eh!! :rolleyes:0 -
Me too !!
I love paying off the little ones, rather than the higher interest ! Psychologically it works for me.
Also, I struggle with how much to pay off. I know people say transfer a certain amount into a seperate account and leave it there until end of month and pay off. But I still know its there and I will use it for rubbish !
A few months of scraping together 20ps and you'll be done - good luckVR repayment £404 £156.02 PAID
Airpods repayment £249 £185 £75.90 PAID
Airpods repayment £144 £99.01 PAID
Capital One £14000 -
Yea, I know that if I don't do something constructive with the money in the next 24 hours then when I DO come to use it there will be a lot less than I think. Darn those money pixies!! :-D.
Just going to make a few payments before bed then I can rest safe in the knowledge I am all paid and up to date with everything for a good few weeks.
I'm also going to give bigwardrobe.com a shot too. Got a few things that are really nice but just don't suit me. Hopefully get some cash or maybe some swaps it all! (reminds self it was an exercise in clearing space) ahhh well one or two won't hurt - being as though they're freeeeee

Ahh, that's better. 3 small debts cleared. It's just the remaining loan payment (already put aside) to be taken and then....
the credit card... - the last and final push! Hnnngggh  I shall use this smiley to denote determination instead of anger.
There needs to be a smiley that shows that emotion better  It would be so regularly used on here!!!!0
