There has been a lot of comments on how differently OSers would do Economy Gastronomy, so I thought it might be handy to start a new thread for people to post their ideas. The recipes have to be as tasty as those on the show and include a "tumbledown" or whatever you want to call it. Tinned baked beans on Homepride not allowed!
