chilli oil. I have the oil,I have the chillis. what next? do I cook the chillis then stick them in the oil or chop them up raw or do you have to dry them out?
am a twit,theres only two ingredients needed and am still clueless!

I !!!!! holes in the chillies and then put them in a bottle and leave to marinate for at least a couple of weeks
