Overdraft Lloyds TSB help please

Hi folks
Being with CCCS, we pay ourselves direct to all the lloyds tsb creditors, so that we can pay for the mortgage, arrears especially, but anyway, we have not used the lloyds account for a few months now, since we opened as recommended a basic account elsewhere, so moved all the essential to that one, but of course the charges, etc and the account repayment still comes out of lloyds tsb every month.
This have now caused it for it go over the overdraft limit, which is occurring more charges on a daily basis.
We have followed the CCCS instructions also by sending in the template letters in regards of the token payments and to request they hold back on the charges also on the bank account, but no luck as yet.
Please can anyone tell us what happens from here?
Thanks, as its just building up now.
Can we reclaim on these at all?
Even though we do not use the account anymore but with them continuing to make these charges etc, and we have also received a default letter on this now as well.
Lloyds are aware of everything, hubby's job loss, being unemployed, me caring full time for our autistic son and the mortgage arrears, cheers.

Hi Di
Just to understand. Am I correct in thinking you have offered Lloyds a token payment each month against the overdraft debt?
I assume you heard nothing back from Lloyds in response to the letter you sent? Have you started making the token repayments yet? If you haven't done so because you are waiting for a response then I'd suggest you start them anyway.
Do you have other Lloyds TSB creditors (excluding the overdraft?) are you making minimum payments or token payments to these?A smile enriches those who receive without making poorer those who giveor "It costs nowt to be nice"0 -
Is it because you simply dont have enough money? Can you call CCCS for a review of your budget and claw some back?LBM - 30/07/09
Started DMP in Oct 2009, went wrong. Due to start new DMP in March/April 2013. Bring it on!

Hi and thank you for your response.;)
Yes we started a few months ago in regards of paying £1 monthly token payments to them all, we do receive also every month from lloyds a thank you letter to confirm they have received the token payments, however they still use them but do not actually agree to accepting them.
All our unsecured credit is all with Lloyds TSB
2 unsecured loans £1 each from myself and hubby in token payment
1 credit card £1 token payment
overdraft. £1 token payment
It was advised by the CCCS, we do not have a DMP as yet, until there is enough money for a plan set up.
So until hubby finds new employment the situation will not improve much, as the we are paying for the mortgage arrears as well, this is also with Lloyds TSB, (Chelt & Glos).
Before my hubby lost his job, along with many 100's of others where he worked, we were never in arrears before that.
Cheers so much.;)The one and only "Dizzy Di"

Forgot to add in my above post, we do not use that account anymore, we have a new basic account elsewhere, but have not used it for a few months with Lloyds, and have already been told not to make any direct debit arrangements and not to make out cheques, which I am not likely to anyway.
But despite all the letters, I would say approx 25-30 between letters or more sent to them all about our current hardship situation, we let them know every month in writing with the token payments, they still take out the £25 a month from the account, and due to this the above payment and other fees and charges are building up onto the overdraft which is well over now because of them continuing to do this, as much as we have asked etc.
When sending them the token payments, enclosed every time are the letters from CCCS, asking them to hold back on the fees/charges, the expenditure and a list of the creditors which are all with them (4 of them) and of course a copy of the mortgage arrears statement etc.The one and only "Dizzy Di"
