Sugar v. Canderel

Hi - as far as I know Canderel loses its taste at high temperatures but Splenda doesn't. I have used splenda and replace it volume for volume - but another alternative is the Splenda brown sugar, which you just replace with half the amount of sugar - so if you need 150g sugar just use 75g Canderel brown sugar. I find that it tastes much nicer than the white Splenda and you can nearly always get it cheap in Home Bargains or B&M.Jane
