WHSMITH surprisingly cancelled my order for FUTURAMA, nevermind. They did however send a goodwill 10% of purchases. As this is now the third time WHSMITH have failed to supply my order I am forwarding the link to the website for 10%. Happy New Year.

No problem. I too have noticed for such a big company their customer approach is garbage.

I have noticed the link was posted further down but I had already posted before I found it. So anyone who makes the comment I ALREADY KNOW.....
