CSA still returning payments!

The CSA are still returning DH's maintenance payments even though he has phoned the CSA twice and asked to pay through them. Sending a letter today recorded delivery to request it again. Getting concerned though that we'll be landed with a big arrears bill before long, even though we have been attempting to pay weekly ever since the assessment was made. What a nightmare!! At least the money is to one side for when they finally do get their act together and start accepting the payments!
Can I just enquire as to how often they routinely reassess maintenance? Just wondering because CTC amounts change sometimes part way through tax year with changes in income and circumstances, and also with increases in April in the budget etc. Is there a set period of time that the assessment will last for, or will it only be looked at again if there is a change in circumstances?

I can't help you fully here, but it's a shame when things are working in the NRP's 'favour' nobody replies! Anyways I had this earlier in the year, however I was paying by SO, for about 3 weeks the payments were being refunded to my account, I was ringing thr CSA daily and posted here (nobody really replied) however magically the payments started again. So don't be spending the money or 'celebrating' just yet
