I wanna...... use my chocolate fountain - but I've lost the instructions!

Hello!!
A few years ago I got a chocolate fountain as an xmas gift, but I've never used it.
2 weeks ago my friends and I were all at a hen party and there was a chocolate fountain there which we all LOVED!!!
Tonight I'm having a Big Brother Final/Wii Party & one of my friends has asked if we can use my fountain, but I no longer have the instructions so I don't know what the balance is between chocolate & oil?
Does anyone have a fountain who could give me the 'recipe'?
The one I have is a small, pink one from next similar to the one below, so I wouldn't need a large quantity of chocolate. TIA!
