before & after house sale

Hi all. as some of you my know (or not) me & my wife & kids of course have moved out of our mortgages house a week ago & gone into rented.
when after the 10th sept i advise our mortgage comp that we are br & can repo house, with regards to council tax of which we have the 6 month no charge, if after 6 months & house not sold or repod for that matter i guess we will be liable to council tax again??? also if after a year or so & the house ells after discharge will the shortfall still be included in br & can i goung back to council tax include this in br later down line if we are liable until sold.?????

Yes you will be liable for the council tax after 6 months until the house is repossessed.
The shortfall will be included in your BR regardless of how long it takes to sell the house, even if it is after discharge.
No, you cannot include any council tax in your BR from after the date of your BR order. But you are liable until the house is repossessed, but your mortgage company are liable for the CT between repossession ad the house being sold.
