Hi,
finally got a letter back from Capital One c/c ( one of hubby's collection) and they have accepted 10 a month!!:T
just need to get Barclaycard to agree to the same , anyone any advice cos they have sent it to mercers debt collections and are still insisting they want 53 a month!! and they were the ones that suggested we contact CCCS in the first place!!
on the plus side of a stressful situation, (68 income wk - 300 wk outgoings minus 25 saved on petrol, in front with gas/elec and not paying c/tax cos claiming income support) cos hubby is off work and can't drive , he can't go out spending!:D and he hasn't discovered online shopping yet!! and even if he does, he still can't spend cos all his cards are up to the limit!! ( so there is a positve side to everything!)

lol that's great news
I'm glad you managed to reach an agreement, of course it won't be long before they start hassling you for more, but getting things setup the way YOU want them and not the DCA always leaves you feeling quite empowered
I'm sure your other creditors will fall in line soon, they're probably just trying it on.
Hope your OH gets better soon :T0
