Justabank query

Hi all

I have tried a few times to contact my case worker through justabank, i send the message but where do i check if there is any reply. I go to post box then my correspondence but all i can see ever is my msg i sent them. R they not replying or am i looking for replies in wrong place. Have no idea where to look

Hi there,
I had the same problem with justabank too. In the end, I e-mailed my caseworker through my hotmail account and got a reply!

Thanks very much, thats what i used to do with an earlier case officer but now this is a new one and i dont know her email address, not sure how to get this. My other case officer always replied to my hotmail

I find that I send the message through justabank but I then get the reply through my Sky email account. I tried this yesterday and got a reply this morning.

They send a reply to whatever email you have provided them with.

Hi

Maybe just give payplan a call and find out who your case officer is, then you can get a direct email from them. I have started emailing through my gmail now as my case officer said he was not receiving the emails through justabank.
But then again, that's not always the case, sometimes they do receive them.

Just give them a call
