Debitas and Full and Final Offer

Hi All,
Has anyone had any success with a full and final offer with Debitas?
After all the problems we have had with them and Capital One we thought we might try and make a full and final offer of around 60% of what is owed.
Had no experience with this so not sure what to expect.
Thanks

Hi
In my opinion it is worth starting much lower than you are prepared to pay. this gives you lots of room to barter. I would start around 20%. I have not dealt with Debitas tho. Have they bought the debt from Cap 1 or are they part of cap 1?0 -
Thank you for your answer
Debitas are Capital One - the debt has not been sold, but Debitas are a real pain to deal with.0
